It is a direct-operated model built in a sandwich plate design with a mounting interface that follows ISO 4401-03-02-0-05, allowing it to be stacked between standard manifold sections. The valve operates on nominal size 6 flow paths and lowers the pressure in port P to 150 bar to protect downstream actuators. Internal pilot oil supply simplifies external plumbing, while an external pilot return to port T(Y) keeps pilot flow from re-entering the main line. These features give the unit compact form, reliable pressure control, and straightforward integration into modular hydraulic systems.
The valve accommodates a maximum flow of 50 l/min through the reduced-pressure gallery and withstands input pressures up to 350 bar for use on high-pressure feeds. It tolerates counter pressure at port T(Y) up to 160 bar without losing regulating accuracy. Installation is permitted in any position, which eases manifold layout. There is no built-in check valve, so reverse flow must be managed by separate components. A sleeve with a hexagon head and a protective cap forms the adjustment mechanism, shielding the preset value from accidental change. The design omits locating holes to offer positioning freedom during stacking, and NBR seals contain standard hydraulic oil while limiting leakage paths.
