System fluid must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 to protect the internal sealing edges. The mounting face requires a surface roughness no greater than Rz1 max 4 to maintain sealing integrity, and the block is secured with six M12 ISO 4762-10.9 screws that provide adequate clamping force. A plug screw is tightened to 70 Nm with an SW46 wrench, giving access to the pilot stage during service while keeping line connections intact.
