The Z2S16A2-5X/V is a pilot-operated check valve in the Z2S Check Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where reverse flow must be held until a pilot signal is present. With nominal size 16 it fits medium-capacity manifolds and opens when the pilot pressure overcomes a 5 bar cracking threshold. The housing tolerates up to 315 bar system pressure, and the built-in pre-opening feature relieves trapped oil before the seat lifts fully. Channel A is blocked without leakage to secure actuators when the pilot path is vented, while a maximum flow of 300 l/min permits fast actuator speeds.
