The Z2S10A1-3X/V SO30 check valve belongs to the Z2S Check Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth. It provides hydraulic automation circuits with a reliable one-way shutoff function in size 10 format. The valve withstands a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar and allows up to 160 l/min of flow, so it fits medium-capacity manifolds. A cracking pressure of 1.5 bar opens the flow path when inlet pressure exceeds that level, while leakage-free blocking is maintained in channel A to hold loads securely. The component accepts HL, HLP, HLPD, HVLP, and HVLPD fluids, provided the system cleanliness is held to ISO 4406 20/18/15. Because corrosion protection is not applied, the housing must be kept in controlled environments or coated externally if required. The unit mounts on subplates that follow the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 porting pattern and the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D05 interface, fixed with ISO 4762 M6 10.9 screws to secure the body against pressure-induced forces. FKM seals contain the process fluid and resist hydraulic oil additives found in the listed fluid types. Because no pilot oil ports X or Y are present, the line pressure alone commands the check element, which simplifies plumbing on compact manifolds. Spool position monitoring is not included, so any required status indication must be added externally. These mounting and sealing features integrate the valve into standardized D05 stacks while maintaining the flow and pressure capabilities described in the first paragraph.
