The Z2S10-3-3X/V SO30 check valve belongs to the Z2S Check Valves series and is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where reverse flow must be reliably blocked. It is produced in nominal size 10 and fits the NFPA T3.5.1 R2-2002 D05 mounting interface, so it stacks directly on standard subplates. The body withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar and opens at a cracking pressure of 6 bar, giving secure load holding while allowing prompt flow once the set differential is reached. When open, the valve conducts up to 160 l/min, covering medium-capacity circuit demands. FKM seals are installed to handle a broad chemical spectrum, and the internal passages accept fluids between 2.8 and 500 mm²/s to keep performance stable across common oil grades.
The unit can be mounted in any orientation, which simplifies manifold layout in confined spaces. With FKM sealing, acceptable ambient temperatures extend from −20 °C to 80 °C, so the valve remains functional in unconditioned machine rooms. The same −20 °C to 80 °C range applies to the hydraulic fluid, protecting the seat and seals during cold starts and sustained high-load operation. System oil must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 to avoid abrasive wear and ensure tight shutoff.
