The Z2S10-2-3X/V SO30 is a check valve in the Z2S Check Valves series manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for hydraulic automation where load holding and leakage prevention are required. The valve uses a sandwich plate design, so it fits between subplates without extra piping. Both service lines A and B are blocked when pilot pressure is absent, and pilot-operated release allows controlled bidirectional flow when commanded. The valve carries a maximum flow capacity of 160 l/min to accommodate medium-sized actuators without inducing excessive pressure drop. FKM seals are installed to maintain leakage integrity when exposed to standard hydraulic oils. The required oil cleanliness is ISO 4406 20/18/15, so filtration must limit particulate contamination to that level. No external pilot ports X or Y are provided, simplifying manifold layouts, and position monitoring hardware is not included, so downstream controls must infer spool status from pressure feedback.
