It is a twin throttle check valve used to restrict actuator speed in both directions. Installation as a sandwich plate component uses the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 mounting pattern so it slides between directional valves without extra piping. Throttle orifices operate on both A and B lines to meter main flow in either actuator direction. Version 2Q limits only the main flow path, and purely mechanical actuation removes any need for auxiliary power or pilot supply.
Flow is set by a setscrew with a lock nut, allowing stable metering once the desired restriction is reached. The valve tolerates operating pressures up to 350 bar, enabling use in high-pressure power units, and it passes up to 80 l/min to cover medium-sized cylinder circuits. FKM seals withstand aggressive fluids and elevated temperatures encountered in many hydraulic oils. Acceptable fluid cleanliness is ISO 4406 class 20/18/15, so filtration must limit particulate contamination accordingly. The unit can be mounted in any position, giving designers flexibility in manifold orientation. Because there is no locating hole, alignment relies on the mounting screws alone when stacking.
