The Z2FS6-2-44/2QV valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Z2FS Throttle Check Valves series and is used to meter flow and block reverse flow in hydraulic automation systems. It relies on mechanical actuation, so line pressure alone shifts its internal parts without auxiliary energy. A nominal size of 6 matches size-6 circuit interfaces, and the sandwich plate mounting style lets the unit be clamped between a directional valve and a subplate. The ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 porting pattern aligns the passages with matching manifolds to simplify stacking. Four ports provide separate A and B flow paths, while the selectable port function A1→A2, B1→B2 or A2→A1, B2→B1 enables throttling in either direction.
