The Z2FS6-2-42/1QV valve belongs to the Z2FS Throttle Check Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and is intended to meter flow in hydraulic automation circuits while permitting reverse free flow. It is built with a nominal size of 6 and withstands operating pressures up to 350 bar, enabling use in medium-pressure manifolds. Maximum flow capacity is 80 l/min, and precise throttling is supported by the 1Q fine-adjustment version. Flow is set through a setscrew equipped with a lock nut and a protective cap; the hex on the setscrew measures 5 mm and the lock nut measures 10 mm. Service access is provided by a 22 mm plug screw, allowing technicians to reach internal passages without removing the unit from the manifold.
This model mounts to subplates that follow the ISO 4401-03-02-0-05 pattern and is equally compatible with the NFPA D03 interface. It is secured with four M5 ISO 4762 class 10.9 screws, though four 10-24 UNC ASTM A574 screws can be used as an alternative. No locating hole is provided, so alignment relies on the mounting bolts alone. Fluid sealing is handled by FKM material, and system oil cleanliness must not exceed ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to maintain reliable throttling. The assembled valve weighs 1.0 kg, making it easy to handle during manifold installation and service.
