The Z2FS10-5-3X/ SO30 valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the Z2FS Throttle Check Valves series. It meters and checks hydraulic flow in sandwich stacks to stabilize actuators and prevent pressure spikes within automated machinery. The sandwich plate design lets the valve fit between subplates without extra piping, while the size 10 interface keeps flow passages consistent with mid-frame manifolds. A porting pattern of ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 aligns with common CETOP 05 bases, and the available P, A, B, TA, TB, X, and Y ports simplify routing of service and pilot lines. Acceptable fluid viscosity ranges from 10 to 800 mm²/s, granting compatibility with both light and heavy hydraulic oils. Fluid temperature between −30 °C and +80 °C covers cold starts and elevated working heat. An NBR seal set maintains leakage control across this thermal span. System reliability depends on clean media; therefore, the valve requires oil cleanliness of ISO 4406 20/18/15 to avoid throttling edge wear.
