The Z2F 10-5-34/V is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the Z2FS Throttle Check Valves series and provides bidirectional flow control in hydraulic automation systems. This throttle check valve is classified as size 10, indicating its envelope dimensions within the modular sandwich stack. It mounts on subplates conforming to the ISO 4401-05-04-0-05 pattern so it can be inserted between directional valves without extra drilling. Flow is metered by an adjustment spindle identified as type 5; the spindle is rotated through an internal hex SW8, and the 8 mm hex size lets technicians set the orifice with a common wrench. Because the installation position may be any, designers can orient the valve horizontally or vertically in a manifold. Hydraulic fluids may run at temperatures up to 80 °C, and circuit cleanliness must be held to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 so particulate matter does not interfere with the check poppet or metering edge. These pressure, flow, and cleanliness parameters let the valve stabilize cylinder speeds under load while shielding connected components from surge conditions.
