Z2FRM 2-Way Flow Control Valves

The Bosch Rexroth Z2FRM 2-Way Flow Control Valves are specialized 2-way flow control valves designed as sandwich plate valves for use in hydraulic stacks. They work by using a manually adjustable metering orifice that restricts flow and a pressure compensator that ensures the pressure drop across the orifice remains constant, independent of the load pressure. This design allows the flow rate, and thus the actuator speed, to be set and maintained independently of pressure fluctuations. The main function is to provide precise, load-compensated flow control in either one channel (A or B) or two channels (A and B) simultaneously. They are operated via an internal hexagon adjustment and can handle maximum pressures up to 315 bar.
