The H-4WMM22J7X/F directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WM Directional Spool Valves series and is used to route pressurized fluid to selected lines in hydraulic automation systems. It is shifted with a hand lever, providing manual actuation without electrical or hydraulic pilots. A detent holds the spool in its chosen position, and the lever moves 24.5° away from center in both directions, giving a total actuating angle of 2 × 24.5°. The valve uses nominal size 25 flow paths and offers four ports for pressure, tank, and two work lines. Ports A, B, and P tolerate up to 350 bar, while the tank port is limited to 250 bar. With a maximum flow of 450 l/min, the unit handles large actuator demands, and an optional installation position lets it mount horizontally or vertically.
NBR sealing material keeps hydraulic oil contained within the housing. The port interface matches the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 pattern and also conforms to DIN 24340 Form A25, allowing easy pairing with standard subplates. Fastening requires M12 × 60 screws tightened to 130 Nm, and the mounting face must stay within 0.01 mm flatness over 100 mm with a surface roughness not exceeding Rzmax 4 to maintain sealing integrity. Hydraulic fluid cleanliness should reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the spool from wear or sticking. These interface, surface, and cleanliness requirements enable the hand-lever mechanism to move smoothly and retain leakage control at the stated pressure and flow ratings.
