The H-4WMM16D7X/ valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WM Directional Spool Valves series and directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. Actuation is performed with a hand lever that shifts the spool through two 26° strokes, and a spring return automatically re-centers it. An actuating force of 75 N must be applied to overcome the spring. The design is 4-way, and the valve is produced in nominal size 16 for medium-capacity circuits. Spool configuration is identified by symbol D, and the installation position is optional so the unit can be mounted in any orientation without performance changes.
The valve mates with subplates that use the DIN 24340 Form A16 pattern as well as the ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 interface, and a dedicated leakage drain port L routes case oil to tank. It carries flows up to 300 l/min and withstands 350 bar on ports A, B, and P. The tank port is rated for 250 bar, allowing pressurized returns. NBR seals are fitted to handle common mineral hydraulic fluids, provided cleanliness is maintained to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15. These limits enable the H-4WMM16D7X/ to switch reliably in demanding hydraulic automation systems.
