It carries a nominal size of 10, so the port geometry matches standard size-10 subplates. Five ports allow separate pressure, return, and auxiliary connections required for pilot operation. The spool stroke is 5.5 mm, providing the travel needed to open or close the flow paths fully. A control volume of 3.83 cm³ defines how much pilot oil is required to shift the spool each cycle. Because the installed position can be any, designers may orient the body horizontally or vertically without affecting performance. The hydraulic cover is fixed with M6 × 40 bolts specified by ISO 4762-10.9, and each screw must be tightened to 9 Nm to prevent leakage under load. The mounting face follows ISO 4401-05-04-0-05, allowing direct stacking on standard manifolds while the 12 × 2 mm O-rings seal the pressure passages. Return port T is limited to 160 bar, and the common housing pressure limit of 100 bar at fluid temperatures up to 80 °C protects the casting from overstress. The pilot stage tolerates up to 100 bar and remains functional down to 10 bar, so remote control lines can follow normal system pressure fluctuations. Fluid cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 20/18/15 to avoid spool jamming and wear. These pressure and installation limits confirm the valve’s compatibility with automated hydraulic axes that cycle quickly yet demand consistent directional control.
