The H-4WEH32D6X/6EW110N9TSK4 directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery and is built to the NG32 nominal size so passage areas match high-capacity circuits. A 4-way flow path and the D-coded spool configure separate pressure, tank, and service lines for flexible actuator control. With the spool in position D the valve passes up to 420 l/min at 350 bar, and ports P, A, and B are rated for the same 350 bar operating pressure. The pilot stage accepts up to 250 bar through external port X, while pilot oil returns internally to tank via port T, reducing external hoses. These flow and pressure ratings support large cylinders and motors in presses, shipboard systems, and heavy handling equipment.
Electrical power reaches the solenoids through a K4 connector that follows EN 175301-803, and a concealed N9 manual override lets maintenance staff shift the spool without voltage. Switching time can be tuned by supply control S, and a spring mechanism returns the spool to neutral when the solenoid is de-energized. Installation requires six M20 × 80 screws specified in ISO 4762, each tightened to 340 Nm to secure the body on subplates machined to the ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 porting pattern. Reliable two-spool spring operation needs at least 10 bar pilot pressure, so the control circuit must maintain this level during every shift.
