It directs hydraulic flow in automation circuits that require rapid, high-power actuation. The NG25 size establishes interface dimensions for mounting and flow capacity. A 4/3-way J spool lets one supply line and two actuator lines switch among three positions for bidirectional cylinder control. Fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent spool sticking and premature wear. Electrical actuation is provided through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector, simplifying coil replacement and wiring in control cabinets. A concealed N9 manual override permits local shifting during setup or power loss without exposing the mechanism to contamination. Pilot supply demands at least 13 bar and tolerates up to 250 bar, giving designers flexibility in tapping external or internal lines. The valve is configured with an external X pilot and an internal T return so the pilot stage can be supplied from a separate pressure source while draining to the main tank. Discharge-control S2 screws enable switching time adjustment to tailor acceleration and limit pressure spikes. A 0.8 mm B08 throttle insert in the P port further refines response by restricting pilot flow and damping transients.
