Pilot supply drawn internally from port P simplifies plumbing, while the pilot return is routed externally through port Y to keep pilot drain pressure low. Down-stream equipment on the D3 line is protected because the secondary pressure setting is limited to 45 bar. A throttle orifice of 1.0 mm in the B10 location tempers pilot flow, giving controlled spool movement and reducing shock. Sealing elements are made from FKM, providing chemical resistance to common mineral oils at the specified temperature range. Installation uses six M12 × 60 screws compliant with ISO 4762, and each fastener is tightened to 100 Nm to secure the valve body against the subplate and maintain seal compression. These mechanical details support reliable mounting in manifold banks and resist vibration, ensuring consistent shifting performance in high-duty automation circuits.
