The H-4WEH25HD6X/6EG24N9K4/10 valve is part of the WEH Directional Spool Valves series from Bosch Rexroth and directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits. It uses electro-hydraulic actuation so an electrical signal energizes a pilot stage that shifts the main spool. The return of the control spool is hydraulic, which enables dependable repositioning without springs. A supply voltage of 24 V DC powers the pilot solenoid. With a nominal size of NG25 it fits medium-flow manifolds, and the sealing face follows the ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 porting pattern for interchangeability. The spool offers 2 discrete positions to switch flow paths. Subplate mounting secures the valve to a manifold block, while external pilot oil supply on port X and external return on port Y isolate pilot circuits from main line pressure.
The valve admits up to 700 l/min of flow through ports A and B and tolerates operating pressures to 350 bar on those lines. Pilot circuits may be pressurized to 250 bar, and the same 250 bar limit applies to port T. Reliable spool shift is achieved once pilot pressure reaches at least 8 bar. Six M12 × 60 mounting screws according to ISO 4762 fasten the housing, and each screw is tightened to 100 Nm to maintain the seal. NBR elastomer seals contain fluid and resist common hydraulic oils.
