The H-4WEH25E6X/6EW110N9EDA/B08D3V valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits by shifting a 4-way spool through electro-hydraulic actuation. Nominal size NG25 matches standard manifolds, and the spool symbol E defines the energized flow paths. Three positions are available, and a spring-centered zero position returns the element to neutral when the signal is removed. A concealed N9 manual override lets maintenance staff shift the spool during commissioning or power loss. The pilot solenoid operates on 110 V AC at 50 or 60 Hz to initiate movement of the main stage. FKM seals withstand higher temperatures and many hydraulic fluids, maintaining leak-tight performance.
The valve passes up to 700 l/min with the E spool installed, supporting high-flow systems. Ports P, A, and B are rated for 350 bar, allowing use on common industrial pressure lines. Reliable actuation in a spring-centered arrangement requires a pilot pressure of at least 13 bar. Pilot oil is taken internally from the pressure port, while the return is routed externally through port Y to minimize pilot back-pressure. A D3 pressure-reducing valve keeps the pilot circuit stable when supply pressure fluctuates. A 0.8 mm throttle insert labeled B08 limits pilot flow to dampen spool movement and prevent shock. These combined features give the valve controlled switching and long service life in demanding hydraulic automation.
