It directs pressurized fluid in hydraulic automation circuits so that cylinders or motors can be started, stopped, or reversed on command. Fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the precision sliding surfaces. A concealed manual override, identified by the N9 suffix, permits local shifting for commissioning without exposing moving parts. These limits on flow, pressure, cleanliness, and manual access ensure stable, predictable control when the valve is integrated into automated hydraulic equipment.
