The H-4WEH25D6X/6EW110N9DAL valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth as part of the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow for automated actuators by shifting an NG25 spool inside a manifold cavity. The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-08-08-0-05, allowing interchange with standard subplates. A maximum flow of 300 l/min passes through the D-symbol spool when the external pilot port X is supplied at 350 bar. Working ports P, A, and B tolerate operating pressures up to 350 bar, enabling use in high-pressure circuits. Hydraulic oil within a viscosity range of 2.8 to 500 mm²/s can be used, provided fluid cleanliness is maintained at ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15. The pilot stage accepts pressures up to 250 bar without damage.
The tank port T withstands 250 bar, and the external pilot return port Y is limited to 160 bar. A two-spool unit with a spring at the end cap begins to shift at a pilot pressure of 13 bar, while an internal X pilot needs at least 4.5 bar at port P. Pilot volume for the two-spool assembly is 28.4 cm3. Mounting requires six M12 × 60 screws, each tightened to 100 Nm, to hold the valve against the manifold. The valve body carries a protective coating no thicker than 100 µm to resist corrosion.
