The H-4WEH25D6X/6EG24N9DK25L S0388 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the WEH Directional Spool Valves series to switch hydraulic flow in automated circuits. It uses electro-hydraulic actuation so an internal pilot stage shifts the main spool when the coil is energized. The valve follows a 4-way layout and employs a D-coded spool with two defined positions to alternate pressure and tank lines. Nominal size NG25 passages accommodate up to 300 l/min when system pressure reaches 350 bar on ports p, a, and b. A high-power 6E pilot control valve supplies the shifting force, while the solenoid windings are rated for 24 V DC to integrate with common machine control voltages.
A concealed manual override lets maintenance staff reposition the spool without energizing the solenoid. Mounting uses the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 pattern for compatibility with standardized sub-plates. Pilot oil is supplied externally through port X and returned externally through port Y, which helps isolate pilot flow from main line pressure. Pilot operation is permitted up to 250 bar and remains functional down to 13 bar on two-spool arrangements. The tank port tolerates 250 bar so back-pressure does not impair switching speed. Overall unit weight is 17.6 kg, allowing rigid installation on manifolds or machine frames.
