The H-4WEH25D6X/6EG24N9DK25L AN directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It redirects pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic systems to start or stop actuator movement as required by machine controls. The valve is built for NG25 mounting interfaces and aligns with the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 porting pattern so installation into standardized manifolds is straightforward. Its D-coded spool provides two discrete positions, allowing simple reversing logic without intermediate throttling. Proper operation is maintained across a fluid viscosity window of 2.8 to 500 mm²/s. The allowable hydraulic fluid temperature spans −20 to +80 °C, covering most mobile and stationary service conditions. Electrical actuation is achieved through a 24 V DC coil, linking the hydraulic stage to common machine control voltages.
With the D spool selected, the main ports can carry up to 300 l/min when system pressure reaches 350 bar. The same 350 bar rating applies to ports P, A, and B for continuous duty. The pilot supply may be pressurized to 250 bar, while the internal Y return path tolerates 210 bar in direct-current operation. Spool shift begins once pilot pressure rises above 13 bar, and the 28.4 cm³ pilot volume governs the amount of control oil required for each stroke. System cleanliness must be kept to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 so the lands remain free of contamination. Four mounting bolts tightened to 100 Nm secure the valve body to the manifold and prevent leakage under full load.
