It performs electro-hydraulic actuation to route fluid in automated circuits, using a 4/2-way symbol C configuration that alternates two flow positions. The valve is built in nominal size NG25 and follows the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 porting pattern for subplate mounting. A maximum operating pressure of 350 bar is allowed on ports P, A, and B, and a rated flow of 650 l/min at that pressure supports high-volume actuators. Shifting force comes from a 6E pilot valve powered by a 24 V DC coil, while electrical termination is through a DIN EN 175301-803 plug coded K4. A concealed N9 manual override lets service personnel move the spool without electrical power.
Pilot oil enters through external port X and returns through external port Y, separating control flow from the main circuit. The pilot supply can reach 250 bar, the same limit assigned to the tank port to withstand back-pressure. Port Y is limited to 210 bar to protect the drain channel, and reliable actuation begins once the pilot pressure exceeds 13 bar in spring-end operation. These pressure boundaries ensure consistent spool movement under varying load conditions while keeping seals within their ratings.
