The unit is built on the ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 porting pattern and carries a nominal size of 16 so it mates with standard sub-plates of the same envelope. Flow paths are defined by the HD spool symbol, and the spool return is hydraulic, eliminating external springs. Pilot oil is supplied internally while the return is routed externally to keep control pressure stable. In operation the valve passes up to 300 l/min when the spool reaches the hydraulic end position, provided that pilot pressure stays between the 14 bar minimum and the 250 bar maximum. A secondary pressure limit of 45 bar is applied at the d3 connection to protect downstream logic elements. Port Y may see 160 bar, allowing remote drainage without exceeding seal ratings. Electrical actuation is connected through a DIN EN 175301-803 interface, and a concealed manual override lets maintenance staff shift the spool without energizing the coil. A built-in throttle insert with a 1.0 mm orifice stabilizes pilot flow and dampens switching shocks during frequent directional changes.
