The spool D configuration passes up to 230 l/min at 350 bar so actuators receive ample oil when demand peaks. Pilot oil is supplied internally, and the return is also internal, eliminating external pilot lines. A minimum pilot pressure of 14 bar initiates shifting, while the pilot stage endures up to 250 bar for secure function. The integrated pressure-reducing valve is factory set to 45 bar to protect the pilot gallery from excessive load.
Electrical power reaches the solenoid through a DIN EN 175301-803 connector, and the coil is rated for 24 V DC to integrate with standard machine controls. A concealed manual override allows local movement of the spool during setup or fault recovery without exposing moving parts. The body mounts on an ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 interface, and the recommended screw torque of 58 Nm prevents seal extrusion under load. Port T resists up to 315 bar, whereas the internal drain at port Y is limited to 210 bar, defining safe back-pressure limits. A throttle insert with a 1.0 mm diameter can be installed to meter pilot flow and adjust response characteristics.
