The H-4WEH 25 J6X/6EG24N9ETK4/B10D3 directional spool valve is part of the WEH Directional Spool Valves series from Bosch Rexroth, intended to route hydraulic flow in automated systems. It is configured in nominal size 25 to match NG25 manifolds and supports a maximum operating pressure of 350 bar at ports P, A, and B. When used with symbol J at 350 bar, the valve permits a maximum flow of 520 l/min, enabling high-capacity circuits. Pilot oil is supplied internally through port ET while the return is also internal through port T, simplifying external tubing. Electrical actuation is provided via a DIN EN 175301-803 connector, and twin solenoids bring the assembly weight to 19.0 kg. System cleanliness must reach class 20/18/15 per ISO 4406 to protect the metering edges and prolong service life. The pilot stage tolerates pressures up to 250 bar, and the pilot return line can handle 210 bar when routed internally, letting the valve operate in high-pressure pilot circuits. Centering is assured once the pilot pressure falls below 18 bar, establishing the minimum pilot value for reliable spool shift. A built-in D3 pressure reducing valve maintains a controlled pilot supply level. The surface coating is applied to a maximum thickness of 100 µm to guard against corrosion without impairing mounting fits.
