The H-3WEH10A4X/6EG24N9ETK4/B10D3 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series and directs hydraulic flow in automation systems. It fits NG10 mounting cavities and provides a 3/2-way switching function for pressure port P and work ports A and B. Installation is simplified by a porting interface that follows ISO 4401-05-05-0-05. The spool is returned by hydraulic pressure, avoiding external springs, and both pilot oil supply and return are handled internally to reduce external lines. Reliable transition to each hydraulic end position requires a minimum pilot pressure of 7 bar, while ports P, A and B can operate continuously at pressures up to 350 bar.
Electrical actuation uses a 24 V DC coil that mates with a DIN EN 175301-803 connector coded K4. A concealed N9 manual override allows manual shifting when the coil is de-energized. The pilot stage withstands pressures to 250 bar, and the return ports t and Y tolerate 210 bar in direct-current service. A 1.0 mm throttle insert marked B10 restricts pilot flow to stabilize movement, and a built-in D3 pressure-reducing valve shields the control chamber from pressure spikes. Fluid entering the valve must meet ISO 4406 cleanliness class 20/18/15 to maintain the fit between spool and bore.
