Its nominal size of NG16 defines the mounting envelope, while the ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 porting pattern lets the valve drop onto industry-standard subplates without adapters. The main ports P, A, and B tolerate a continuous operating pressure of 280 bar, and at that rating the valve passes up to 250 l/min, giving it capacity for large cylinder circuits. External pilot oil is supplied through port X and returned through port Y, a layout that prevents internal leakage from influencing the spool position. Hydraulic fluid must reach a cleanliness class of ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to protect the precision-ground spool surfaces. FKM sealing elements resist higher temperatures and many synthetic oils, extending service life in demanding environments. Factory paint is kept below 100 µm in thickness so the body fits tight manifolds without scraping. Installation requires four M10 × 60 screws conforming to ISO 4762; each screw is tightened to 58 N·m with a tolerance of ±10 % to maintain gasket compression and prevent external leakage.
