The 4WEH32E6X/6EW110N9K4 valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series and is applied to route flow in hydraulic automation systems. It is a 4-way unit in NG32 size that directs pressure and return lines between actuators and pump circuits. The valve employs a three-position spring-centered spool so the element returns to neutral when de-energized. Its spool is machined to symbol E to create the required flow paths during actuation. When supplied with 280 bar and using symbol E, the component passes up to 750 l/min. Pilot oil is supplied externally through the X port to isolate control flow from the main circuit.
Pilot oil is returned externally through the Y port to prevent back pressure in the control chamber. The pilot circuit must not exceed 250 bar, while actuation begins at 8.5 bar. Electrical connection is provided by a DIN EN 175301-803 plug coded K4 for straightforward wiring. A concealed manual override identified as N9 allows local shifting without disturbing the solenoid housing. Acceptable hydraulic fluid temperatures range from −20 to +80 °C when using nitrile seals. Oil cleanliness is limited to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the spool and bushings. The assembled unit with two solenoids and its spring-centering hardware weighs 41.0 kg.
