The 4WEH32E6X/6EW110N9ETDAL/B10D3 directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth within the WEH Directional Spool Valves series for directing pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic systems. It is supplied in nominal size NG32 and accommodates flows up to 1100 l/min so it can service large actuators. Ports P, A, and B tolerate operating pressures as high as 280 bar, while the pilot stage remains functional between 8.5 and 250 bar. Pilot oil is drawn internally from port P and returned internally to port T, which eliminates external pilot lines. Achieving the shortest switching time requires a pilot flow of 45 l/min and moves a pilot volume of 29.4 cm³ in the spring-centered three-spool version. A throttle insert with a 1.0 mm diameter can be fitted to moderate pilot flow if required.
A concealed manual override permits emergency spool actuation without disturbing normal enclosure integrity. With two solenoids and a spring-centered spool the valve weighs 41.0 kg, so lifting equipment is recommended during installation. The mounting face follows ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 and fastens to the subplate with six M20×80 screws tightened to 340 Nm. A secondary pressure reducing valve caps pilot pressure at 45 bar to safeguard downstream circuits. These mounting and pressure management features support dependable service in heavy-duty hydraulic automation.
