The 4WEH32D6X/OF6EW110N9TDA valve is a directional spool valve produced by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series and is intended to route flow in hydraulic automation circuits. A nominal size of 32 sets the flow paths large enough for machines that demand high oil volume. The ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 porting pattern aligns the body with standard subplates and simplifies manifold design. With a maximum flow capability of 1100 l/min at symbol D and 70 bar, the valve supports rapid actuator movement in high-capacity systems. A maximum operating pressure of 280 bar on ports P, A, and B allows it to tolerate heavy load pressures without deformation. The valve remains functional in ambient temperatures from −20 to +50 °C, making it suitable for unheated plant areas. It accepts hydraulic oil between −20 and +80 °C, covering cold starts and elevated tank temperatures during continuous duty. Allowed fluid viscosity spans 2.8 to 500 mm²/s, so standard mineral oils and higher-viscosity blends can both be used. Oil cleanliness must reach ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to prevent spool scoring and maintain tight internal leakage control. The internal Y pilot return can withstand 160 bar in AC-solenoid configurations, permitting back-pressure accumulation in closed systems. Installation requires six M20 × 80 socket head screws conforming to ISO 4762. Each screw must be tightened to 340 Nm to keep the body clamped against its subplate during pressure surges. A mean time to dangerous failure of 100 years aids reliability calculations for safety-instrumented machinery.
