The 4WEH32D6X/OF6EW110N9EDA directional spool valve is manufactured by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series and controls actuator motion in hydraulic automation through electro-hydraulic actuation. The valve is supplied in size 32, allowing a maximum line flow of 1100 l/min. When spool D is installed the flow is limited to 480 l/min at 280 bar. Main ports P, A, and B accept operating pressures up to 280 bar, while the pilot inlet can reach 250 bar to shift the spool. Spring-centered variants need at least 10 bar pilot supply pressure, and the pilot return Y or Ac line can hold up to 160 bar. The valve mounts on a subplate, making replacement straightforward during service.
Pilot control is provided by a high-power 6E solenoid valve, and a concealed N9 manual override permits local operation when power is absent. Fluid cleanliness must meet ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the sliding lands. The external tank port T can withstand 250 bar back pressure, supporting long return lines. Nitrile-sealed versions operate with fluid temperatures between −20 °C and +80 °C. The porting pattern follows ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 so the valve fits standard NG32 manifolds. These parameters enable consistent high-flow directional control while maintaining compact installation dimensions.
