The 4WEH22L7X/6EG24N9ETK4/B10 directional spool valve is built by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It directs pressure and return flow in hydraulic automation circuits using an electro-hydraulic actuation stage that shifts a 4/3-way spool. The valve is sized for NG25 ports, allowing a nominal flow rate up to 450 l/min while keeping pressure drops acceptable. It withstands 280 bar on the P, A, and B work ports, enabling use on medium- to high-pressure systems. A 24 V DC solenoid coil energizes the pilot stage, and wiring is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector for rapid replacement in the field. The mounting interface follows the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 porting pattern so the unit bolts onto standard subplates without adapter blocks.
Pilot functions are internal, with oil supplied through port ET and returned through port T, which simplifies external piping. The pilot circuit accepts up to 210 bar and needs at least 10.5 bar to recentralize the spring-loaded spool, while a minimum of 4.5 bar is required at the internal X supply during operation. Tank port T can carry 250 bar without damage, giving flexibility for back-pressure conditions. A 1.0 mm throttle insert is included to meter pilot flow and stabilize shifting speed. Hydraulic cleanliness must not exceed ISO 4406 20/18/15 to protect the precision fit between spool and bore and maintain service life.
