It directs hydraulic flow in automated circuits where electrically actuated spool movement is required. The valve is sized NG25, allowing installation on medium-to-large manifolds. A 24 V DC solenoid shifts the spool, while a spring-centered return brings it back to neutral when power is removed. The “J” spool permits a maximum flow of 450 l/min so the unit can serve high-demand actuators. Working pressure on ports P, A, and B can reach 280 bar, and operation remains reliable between −20 °C and 80 °C fluid temperature. A concealed manual override offers local actuation without exposing components.
Pilot supply and return are routed internally, eliminating external pilot lines. Switching dynamics can be tuned with the discharge control feature for adjustment of transition time. The valve accepts the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 port pattern for mounting on standard sub-plates. A 1.0 mm throttle insert identified as B10 moderates flow in the return path when needed. Pilot operation tolerates up to 210 bar and needs at least 10.5 bar to shift the three-position spring spool. Port T is rated for 210 bar when the return is plumbed internally. With two solenoids installed the assembly weighs 19.0 kg, which should be considered during manifold support design.
