It directs pressure and return lines in hydraulic automation systems through a 4-way flow path. The nominal size NG25 (W.H 22) supports installations that need high volume transfer, and the J spool type allows a continuous flow up to 450 l/min. Three spring-centered positions keep the spool in neutral when pilot pressure is absent. Working ports A and B tolerate 280 bar, while the tank port is limited to 250 bar to protect downstream plumbing. Pilot actuation is supplied with 24 V DC, matching common industrial control voltages. Acceptable fluid cleanliness is ISO 4406 (c) 20/18/15 to maintain clearances and prevent wear.
The pilot circuit is internally fed through the ET channel and returns internally to the tank, eliminating external pilot lines. A minimum pilot pressure of 10.5 bar is required to shift the spool, and the circuit can be operated up to 210 bar without damage. A 1.0 mm throttle insert marked B10 restricts pilot flow to smooth the actuation stroke. A concealed N9 manual override lets maintenance staff move the spool mechanically when electrical power is unavailable. Electrical termination uses a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector, providing a standardized plug for quick coil replacement.
