The 4WEH22G7X/6EW110N9SDA valve is built by Bosch Rexroth for the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. This pilot-operated directional spool valve uses electro-hydraulic actuation to shift flow paths in automated hydraulic circuits. It follows a 4-way, 3-position scheme so pressure, tank, and actuator lines are routed according to spool symbol G. The unit is sized NG25 (W.H 22) and mates with subplates that carry the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 porting pattern. During operation, ports P, A, and B can withstand 280 bar, and the internal passages admit up to 200 l/min when the valve is supplied at that pressure. A spring-centering pilot stage keeps the spool in neutral until the pilot line rises above the 10.5 bar minimum, ensuring predictable switching in low-pressure start-ups.
Pilot control is provided by a 4WE 6 High-Power (6E) valve, allowing the main stage to accept pilot pressures up to 210 bar for fast response under heavy load. A concealed N9 manual override permits emergency positioning while protecting the plunger from accidental actuation, and the override may be used only when tank pressure does not exceed 50 bar. Installation requires six M12×60 screws conforming to ISO 4762, each tightened to 100 Nm to secure the body to the manifold. The assembly with two solenoids weighs 11.9 kg, so panel designers must allocate adequate support and lifting provisions.
