The 4WEH22G7X/6EW110N9ETSDA/B10P7 0 directional spool valve belongs to the WEH Directional Spool Valves series and is produced by Bosch Rexroth for closed-loop hydraulic automation. The NG25 (W.H 22) size body uses electro-hydraulic actuation to shift the spool and redirect pressure lines between work ports. A maximum flow rate of 180 l/min can pass through the g-spool at 350 bar, while continuous service pressure at P, A, and B may reach 280 bar. The pilot circuit tolerates up to 210 bar and must see at least 10.5 bar in the spring-centered configuration to overcome return forces. An internal return gallery marked Ac is rated for 160 bar, preventing back-pressure faults during rapid cycling. A B10 throttle insert with a 1.0 mm orifice restricts pilot flow to damp spool movement and limit dynamic shock. These features allow the valve to switch actuators precisely under variable load while keeping installation compact and tubing simplified.
