It directs hydraulic oil to actuators in automated machinery and uses solenoid actuation for remote control. The valve is built in nominal size NG25, and its 4-way layout provides four flow paths for pressure, tank, and two work ports. Three distinct spool positions are available, and springs automatically center the spool when the solenoid is de-energized. Mounting matches the ISO 4401-10-09-0-05 porting pattern so that it can be stacked with other subplate elements. Electrical power is supplied at 24 V DC through a DIN EN 175301-803 connector, while a concealed manual override allows service personnel to shift the spool without electrical power.
On the e-type spool the valve passes up to 450 L/min, and pressure at ports P, A, and B may reach 280 bar during continuous duty. The tank port tolerates 250 bar, while the pilot stage accepts a maximum of 210 bar. A minimum pilot pressure of 10.5 bar is required to shift the spool against the return springs. Pilot oil is supplied externally through port X and is routed back internally to port T, consolidating return flow inside the body. For fine metering, a 0.8 mm throttle insert can be fitted in the pilot supply path, limiting flow and smoothing actuation.
