The 4WEH22E7X/6EG24N9ETS2DK25L/B10 CSA valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WEH Directional Spool Valves series and directs hydraulic flow in automated machinery. It uses electro-hydraulic actuation to shift the spool without direct mechanical force. The 4-way configuration permits pressure supply, return, and two work lines to be switched between operating states. With a nominal size of NG25, the housing supports flow rates suited to medium-capacity power units. The spool is machined to symbol E, defining the port connections in center and working positions. Subplate mounting follows porting pattern ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 for interchangeability with standard manifolds. Internal pilot supply marked ET draws control oil from the pressure port, and an internal pilot return also marked ET routes it back to tank. A 24 V DC solenoid energizes the pilot stage so the valve can be driven directly from common control systems.
A concealed manual override coded N9 allows local spool actuation during setup while preventing accidental use in service. Switching time is adjustable through discharge control S2 to match system response requirements. Ports P, A, and B withstand continuous pressures up to 280 bar, and the tank port tolerates back-pressure up to 250 bar. The pilot stage is rated for 210 bar, and the spring-centered design needs at least 10.5 bar pilot pressure to shift reliably. System oil must be filtered to ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the metering edges from contamination. Six M12 × 60 mounting screws secure the valve to its subplate and maintain sealing integrity.
