The component directs pressurized fluid to actuators in automated hydraulic machinery. Electro-hydraulic actuation allows an electrical pilot signal to shift the main spool without manual force. The 4/2-way configuration supplies four working ports and two functional states for basic cylinder control. Two spool positions enable the valve to alternate between energized flow and spring-returned neutral. Spool symbol D specifies the internal flow paths selected when each position is engaged. The valve mounts on an ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 interface so it can be installed on standard NG25 subplates without adapters. Electrical connection is made through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 plug to match common industry cable assemblies. A concealed N9 manual override permits local spool actuation during setup or in case of control power failure. Internal pilot supply designated ET draws control oil from the pressure port, removing the need for an external pilot line. The internal T pilot return channels pilot oil directly to tank within the body to simplify piping. The pilot stage requires at least 11 bar to shift the spool, preventing unintended movement at low standby pressures. Pilot pressure may rise to 210 bar, ensuring consistent switching under full system load. A throttle insert with a 1.0 mm orifice, coded B10, limits pilot flow to smooth spool movement and reduce hydraulic shock.
