The pilot stage accepts up to 210 bar, yet the spool begins to move once 11 bar is available, allowing the electronic controls to use modest pump capacity during standby. Installation uses six M12 × 60 screws in accordance with ISO 4762; the bolts are tightened to 100 Nm with a ±10 percent margin to hold the housing firmly against the subplate. The symmetric screw layout limits plate deflection and keeps the seal ridge compressed during pressure cycles. Maintaining operation inside the specified pressure window also prevents unstable spool movement, giving steady flow paths for precise actuator timing in presses, plastics machines, or other automated stations.
