Electro-hydraulic actuation drives the spool so electrical commands can shift hydraulic power without manual intervention. A 4-way configuration on an NG25 body routes pressure and return lines between two work ports, while the C-coded spool permits a maximum flow of 450 l/min. Two selectable spool positions establish service or neutral states, giving machinery the required on/off logic. Continuous pressures of up to 280 bar are accepted at ports p, a, and b, and the ISO 4401-08-08-0-05 porting pattern lets the valve mount on standard sub-plates without adaptation.
A concealed manual override allows service personnel to move the spool mechanically when electrical power is unavailable, keeping moving parts shielded from debris. The pilot stage endures 210 bar, yet needs at least 11 bar on external port X to actuate the main spool, securing positive response. Return port T tolerates 250 bar, and the case drain path through port Y or Ac remains safe up to 160 bar to protect internal seals from excess back-pressure. Switching time can be adjusted with the supply control feature labeled S so cycle speed can be matched to actuator requirements. Installation uses six M12 × 60 bolts tightened to 100 Nm, providing uniform clamping that maintains the gasket seal during pressure fluctuations.
