The 4WEH16J7X/6EW110N9ETS2K4/B10P4 5 directional spool valve is produced by Bosch Rexroth within the WEH Directional Spool Valves series. It directs hydraulic flow in automation circuits that rely on pilot-operated switching. The valve uses a high-power 6E pilot control stage and an internal pilot supply and return, so no external lines are required for actuation. Nominal size NG16 establishes interface dimensions, while the J spool permits a maximum flow of 300 l/min through ports p, a, and b, which tolerate service pressures up to 280 bar. An electrical K4 connector in accordance with DIN EN 175301-803 links both solenoids to the control system, providing a sealed and standardized interface.
In operation the pilot circuit must be supplied between 14 bar and 250 bar, and a concealed N9 manual override enables local shifting when power is unavailable. A B10 throttle insert with a 1.0 mm orifice can be fitted to damp pressure surges, while a preload valve opens at 4.5 bar to stabilize return flow. The mounting face conforms to ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 and secures with ISO 4762 M10 × 60 screws tightened to 58 Nm. Total mass with two solenoids is 8.9 kg, so standard subplates can carry the load without reinforcement.
