It directs pressurized fluid in automated hydraulic circuits and fits NG16 manifolds where four flow paths are shifted by a J-type spool. The assembly handles up to 300 l/min and withstands 280 bar on ports P, A, and B. Installation follows the ISO 4401-07-07-0-05 mounting pattern to maintain interchangeability. An internal pilot oil feed simplifies piping, while return oil leaves through external port Y. Spring centering demands at least 14 bar pilot pressure to move the spool back to neutral.
A concealed manual override lets technicians reposition the spool during commissioning, and the solenoids receive power through a DIN EN 175301-803 K4 connector. System oil cleanliness must be ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 or better to protect the metering lands. FKM seals tolerate elevated temperatures and synthetic additives used in modern fluids. A 1.0 mm throttle insert steadies pilot flow so actuation timing remains consistent. The pilot circuit may operate up to 250 bar, and port T is rated for the same pressure to absorb back-pressure in closed-loop systems.
