It modulates actuator flow paths in hydraulic automation circuits, with a nominal size NG16 that fits mid-capacity manifolds. The main spool is returned hydraulically, allowing remote pressure signals to shift it back to its neutral position. Maximum flow capacity is 300 l/min so the valve can serve high-demand cylinder or motor branches. Ports P, A and B tolerate operating pressures up to 350 bar, supporting high-pressure supply lines. The sealing faces need flatness of 0.01/100 and a surface roughness not exceeding Rzmax 4 to prevent leakage. Maintaining these tolerances ensures reliable sealing even under pulsating load conditions. Tank port T can be pressurized to 250 bar, enabling backpressure regulation in return lines. An integrated preload valve opens at 4.5 bar to stabilize pilot supply before full shifting occurs. Hydraulic media must stay below 80 °C to maintain elastomer integrity. Operating within that temperature limit preserves seal life and prevents viscosity loss. System cleanliness should not exceed ISO 4406 class 20/18/15 to protect the spool and bores from contamination.
