The external T port is rated for 250 bar, and the external Y pilot return line is limited to 160 bar, so circuit design must respect these limits. Reliable actuation is maintained when the pilot supply reaches at least 14 bar on spring-loaded versions. System cleanliness must achieve ISO 4406 code 20/18/15 or better to prevent spool sticking and premature wear.
