For internal X piloting the control path opens once 4.5 bar is available, and on two-spool versions the pilot circuit must reach at least 10 bar to shift reliably. Mounting follows the ISO 4401-05-05-0-05 porting pattern so the body drops onto standard NG10 sub-plates without re-machining. FKM seals tolerate common mineral oils at elevated temperatures and resist compression set during long duty cycles. A Ø 1.0 mm throttle insert labeled B10 is included to meter pilot flow and damp pressure surges during shifting. These features collectively support stable operation when the valve is integrated into proportional or on/off hydraulic controls.
