The pilot path accepts pressures up to 250 bar, while three-position versions require at least 12 bar to shift reliably. A concealed manual override designated N9 lets maintenance staff shift the spool without energizing the solenoid. Metering stability is aided by a 0.8 mm throttle insert placed in the pilot gallery, moderating flow surges during actuation and ensuring smooth directional changes during automated cycles.
